Michael Mantel has over 10 years' experience in recruiting, eight of which have been specializing in the tax profession. He holds a Bachelors in Communications from the University of Rhode Island.

Direct and honest communication is essential to Michael to help his clients find the next natural step in their career. He is a hard worker who consistently puts his clients first, while also being a helpful team player and leader at Akadia.

Michael currently lives in Nassau County, Long Island with his wife and son. His interests include traveling, basketball, and spending time with his family.
